We had some good times back in the early 70s with the U. S. Park Police when I came on the job. I will always remember Andre as a good, and dependable man! He will be missed! Praying for his family and especially his wife!

Andre was also a giant in the law enforcement community, his dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to service left an indelible mark that will not be forgotten. He carried himself with strength and integrity, earning the respect and admiration of all who had the privilege to know and work alongside him.
While his absence leaves a profound void, his legacy of love, service, and excellence will continue to live on through his family, and all who were blessed to know him.
