Andrea Raquel Elliott, 48, passed away on March 1, 2026. She was born on December 21, 1977, and lived most of her life in Portland, Texas.
Andrea was a devoted wife to her husband of 26 years, Robert Elliott of Portland, Texas. She is also lovingly remembered by her father-in-law, Douglas “Rusty” Elliott, and her mother-in-law, Shirley Elliott. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Tammy Jackson and husband Gary, and her brother-in-law, David Elliott and wife Bonnie. She also leaves behind a niece, four nephews, and a great-niece who will cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her mother, CeCe Carballeira, and her stepfather, Charlie Simpson.
Andrea worked for many years as a secretary at the Dairy Queen offices and later worked for Taft Motor Parts. She was known as a dependable worker and a kind person to those around her.
In her free time, Andrea loved caring for plants and spending time with her pet cats. She found joy in the simple things and had a quiet love for nature and animals.
Graveside services will be held at The Palms Memorial Gardens on Thursday, March 5, at 2:00 p.m.
Andrea will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
