A native New Orleanian, he was born on October 19,1973. He was the son of the late Andrew James Carr Sr. of Gulfport, MS and Mary Lee Smith Carr of Tylertown, MS.
A public memorial service will be held from 2:00pm - 3:00pm, on Friday, January 19, 2024, at Washington Funeral Home, located at 714 2nd Street, Tylertown, Mississippi 39667 with burial site visitation to follow at 3:30pm at the New Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery at 232 McKenzie Rd, in Tylertown, Mississippi.
