Andrew P. "Andy" Cores Sr.

Andy Cores was the most devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend whose loyalty and steady character left a lasting mark on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. His inner light shined heavily in every aspect of his life, whether it was at home with his family, spending time with his friends, or at work helping children and families. He loved deeply, lived fully, and treasured the people he was closest to, especially his wife Carla, whom he loved profoundly. Their hearts will remain forever entwined. His love was never ending for his son Andrew and daughter Katie, whom he cherished with the greatest affection. He was so proud of their accomplishments, and he made sure everyone knew it. He was their guide, their most cherished gift, and their protector.

Andy was so special, and everyone that knew him became aware of that instantly. He was so adored by everyone, and he showed that same adoration right back, without question, without waiver, always consistently. He was the most giving person who always stepped up for anyone who needed him. He encapsulated selflessness and generosity in everything that he did. He brought tremendous joy to all and had the rarest, most exceptional gift of evoking laughter in everyone around him. He touched every person's life that came into his, so enormously, so immensely. The positive impact he had on countless lives was immeasurable. He will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
