Survivors include his wife, Billie Sue Pemberton; mother, Mary Cauthern (Calvin); father, Garry Richardson; two children, Andrew Payton Pemberton Jr. (Gabby), Peyton Lynn Pemberton; two sisters, Brandi Richardson, Erin Wood; one brother, Jason Richardson and five grandchildren, Matthew, Phoenyx, Finley, Conor and Aiden.
Family conducted memorial service will be held at 11:00A.M., Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Delaware Fire Station.
