It is with profound sadness that we remember Drew, a remarkable young man whose life was tragically cut short, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him. Drew was born to lead, a gift he demonstrated not through words, but through his actions and the way he related to everyone he encountered. His courage and resilience were inspiring; they encouraged each of us to strive for something greater than ourselves, to be our best selves.
As his youth soccer coach, I had the privilege of witnessing Drew´s unique blend of dedication, passion, and unyielding commitment. He wasn´t just a player; he was the heart of the team. His love for the game was evident in every pass, every sprint, and every moment on the field. More than that, Drew´s unwavering support for his teammates, his willingness to put others before himself, and his steadfast belief in the power of teamwork made him someone we all could rely on.
Drew´s legacy is one of quiet strength and boundless generosity. He had a way of bringing people together, lifting them up, and making them feel seen and valued. It is an honor to have known him, and while his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will resonate for years to come.
Rest in peace, Drew. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

- We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Drew. We had the pleasure of spending a special day with the family on thanksgiving in 2023 - a day we won´t forget. We had so much fun, laughing and chatting about jammie dodgers, soccer (football!) and all things British. Such a caring and compassionate soul which we saw through the strong bond with his dog, Clash. Truly grateful we got to spend this time with you. God bless. Rest easy cousin.

Mr. & Mrs. Sheppard, my heart aches for you. My condolences to you and all family and friends.
I remember Drew as a teenager. My son was his classmate and friend in high school. They formed a band, Brian was the drummer, so almost always the band practiced at our house. I remember Drew´s face so vividly. He was sweet, respectful and kind. We are heartbroken for your loss.
Rest easy Drew. God Bless

The first time I cut his hair we immediately bonded over our taste of music & our love of Asbury park, and from there on out I was so excited to always see his name on my schedule for an appointment. I always enjoyed our talks and felt like we became friends over the years. I loved always running into him at the summer stage and out and about in town. This town just got a lil smaller without him in it. I´ll miss ya Andrew

Drew was an incredible soul and as kind, compassionate, and genuine as they come. After learning he was ordained to officiate weddings, we asked him in a heartbeat. Beyond honored to have him part that day, and our lives. I will never forget the shared moments, you will be deeply missed my friend.

Drew was one of the kindest, most loving humans I have ever come across. He became fast friends with my whole family and even officiated mine and my husbands wedding last year. The truest of the true believers. He will be sorely missed.

Drew was me and my husband´s first "together" friend. Over the last six years he became one of our best friends. I will always remember his goofy nature and kind soul. He was one of the good ones. I´ll always remember our summer stage hangs, New Year´s Eve dance parties, and pack walks. He will be terribly, terribly missed.
