Angel Leal Pinales, age 54, passed away on August 30, 2025, in
Dallas, Texas. Born and raised in Dallas, Angel spent his life rooted in the community he loved, surrounded by family, friends, and the city that shaped him.
Angel was a proud supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, never missing a game and always ready to rep his team. He had a deep appreciation for 1980s music, and his love for those timeless hits filled many family gatherings with energy and nostalgia. In his youth, Angel was a standout basketball player in high school, known for his athleticism, dedication, and love for the game.
Those who knew Angel will remember his warmth, humor, and unwavering loyalty to those he cared about. He had a big heart and an even bigger presence-someone who could light up a room with his stories, laughter, and love for life.
Angel is survived by his beloved son, Christopher Pinales; his brothers, Rolando Castaneda Pinales, Jr., Mario Pinales, and Chris Pinales; and his sister, Blanca Cruz. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Christian Pinales.
Angel's memory will live on through the countless lives he touched, the love he gave, and the joy he brought to those around him. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished
