Angela Dawn Chertok

It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of a family member, Angela Chertok (Frenzel Bloomfield), age 55, who gained her wings on September 22, 2024 after a brief illness.
Angela is fondly remembered by her years of service, dedication and passion as a registered nurse over her lifetime. She loved and cared for people with a deep passion. Angela loved being with family and has shared many beautiful memories with her children who she loved dearly. She loved planting, cooking, and home interior decorating. She enjoyed making others laugh and was often the life of any party with many stories to tell. She found great enjoyment in playing silly pranks on others. She was an advocate in expressing the importance of unconditional love in the world and exampled this in many ways over the years. She will be sadly missed by many as she touched many people's lives.
Angela was a 1987 graduate of Noble high School, Berwick Maine. After graduating from high school she later acquired her nursing degree and was an RN and RN supervisor for several years.
Angela was a believer in Christ and accepted Christ in her heart at the age of nine. She was baptized at age 11 at the Bible Speaks, South Berwick, Maine, on 3/16/1980.
Angela is survived by her parents, Harry and Donna Smith; her husband, Bill Chertok; her children, Lesley Smith, Jonathan Frenzel, and Connor Frenzel; her sister, Bee (Bobbie Jo) Bloomfield; her brother, Bradley Gilpatrick; her sister, Lisa Marie Bauer; her grandmother, Inez Smith; her grandchildren, Trowa and Liam, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by Angela are her grandparents, Robert and Pauline Bodge; her grandfather Donald Robbins; her brother, Robert Bloomfield; her sister, Mary Jane Bloomfield and her father, Gwyndel Bloomfield.
