Angela Sue Jerome, loving mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on October 25, 2025, at the age of 59. She was born in Jackson, Michigan on August 23, 1966, to the late Willie and Norma Scott. Angela's creative side was shown through her crafts and scrapbooks. She loved to travel and everything to do with music and dance. Those who knew Angela will remember her kindness; she always had room in her heart and at her table for new friends.
Family was everything to Angela and she was everything to them. She was a dedicated mother to her three children, Fawn (Adam) Near, Joshua Jerome, and Elizabeth Jerome. She loved being a grandma to Atticus Jerome, Eleanor Jerome, and Ayla Near. In 2015 Angela met her Soul mate Dennis Deitsch, and his children, Tiana Deitsch (children Dillon, Dalton and Kaya), Sara (Anthony) Jacob, and Melanie Jacob became one big family. They were the light of each other's lives. Known for their frequent adventures and contagious laughter. Angela is also survived by her siblings, Mark (Shelly) O'Neill, Randy (Barb) O'Neill and Cindy (Rick) Bradley.
Angela's life will be celebrated with a service held at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Wilson Miller Funeral Home in Midland. Visitation will be on Friday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of service. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. Memorial contributions may be directed to the wishes of the family.
