Angelina Domenica Lewis, 89, of Moulton, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at NHC of Moulton. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Friday, June 06, 2025 at Moulton Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM at the church with Dr. Jesse Reeder and Bro. Lynn Terry officiating. Burial will be at Moulton Memory Gardens with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.
Angelina was born on August 14, 1935 to the late Pasquale and Caroline Crisafulli Policicchio. She owned and operated Lewis Greenhouse in Moulton with her husband Oliver which allowed her to practice her love of plants and gardening. As part of her love of reading and books, Angelina served as Church Librarian for many years at Moulton Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, James (Beth) Lewis, Maida (Ron) Emrick, Sarah (David) Glass, David (Jill) Lewis, and Jamie Lewis; eleven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lydia (Ken) Owens, Ruth (Joe) Kaplet, and Sarah (Ed) Jones; sister-in-law, Nina Policicchio; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Angelina was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lewis; father, Pasquale Policicchio; mother, Caroline Policicchio; brother, Charlie Policicchio; brothers-in-law, Joe Kaplet, and Ed Jones.
Pallbearers will be Josh Nelson, Gentry Nelson, Gabe Nelson, Gideon Glass, Rob Glass, Joshua Underwood, Adam Stump, and Tony Glass.
The family extends special thanks to the nurses and staff at NHC and Hospice of the Valley for their loving care of Angelina.
