Uncle Nip will be missed by so many, but his legacy will live on in his family and all those who knew and loved him. I have such great memories of family parties at his and Aunt Margarita´s home. They were always filled with so much love, laughter, fun and food! and dancing! Like most of the Rodriguez family, my Uncle loved to dance. They say dancing is an expression of the heart and soul. Anyone who saw how beautifully my Uncle and Aunt danced together could easily see how much they loved each other. Uncle Nip was not only my Dad´s Brother, he was his Best Friend. I can picture them right now together again laughing and reminiscing while playing cards and drinking some beers. Rest in Eternal Peace Uncle Nip

My Godfather, Uncle Nip, was one of a kind. He was a man's man with a huge heart and a dedication to family. He always made an effort to be there, spending time for the holidays, coming over for birthdays or hanging out at weekend barbecues by the pool. He was a fixture, a constant in my life growing up and always found a way to make you feel special - he was part of our family. I'll always picture him outside, drinking a beer in a pair ripped jean shorts (the 80's) and laughing or telling a story on a sunny day. I will miss him dearly.

Uncle Nip seemed to always have a warm hug and words of kindness and love. I also credit him for giving me the experience of what it is to Love a pet. Uncle Nip gave us our only beloved pet. Our dog Snoopy. I remember feeling a sense of appreciation whenever I saw Uncle Nip for bringing me the joy of knowing that kind of Love.

As a kid growing up in Montgomery, I remember Nip and Margarita's generosity and friendship toward our family. We had many memorable gatherings; it was obvious then as it is today that the Rodriguez family was genuinely kind, loving, and willing to help others -- whether it was at the ball field, cooking a meal, or fixing a plumbing disaster. I know Nip will be missed until we see him again. Peace.

He made all our lives a whole lot brighter because he was everyone´s favorite (brother and uncle) loving each of us in his own unique way. We are forever grateful to God for giving us our Uncle Nip.
