We'll miss her dearly. I loved to keep her up late at night talking even when I was just a kid. She had such a wonderful spirit!

Hi Steve,
This is your long no see cousin, Faye Hutto Sandifer. Blanche told Mom about your wife. I am so sorry about her. I can sympathize with you because I just lost my husband on October 25 with acute leukemia. We found out on September 26 and he went fast. We are still very much devastated. Thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

During her academic career at the University of South Carolina, Ann was a student in one of my Computer Science classes. She was a superb student, blessed with a bright mind, a sound work ethic, and a delightful personality. Over the years, her brother, Jim, kept me up to date with her life which was full and productive. She had a boundless zest for life and reveled in the delights which it offered her. I extend my sympathy and condolences to all her family in the loss of such a precious life. You will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Respectfully,

Allen Corbett, Professor Emeritus
Moore School of Business

My older cousin, Ann guided me and became my good friend after I moved to Columbia in the 70's. I will never forget her graciousness.

Ann and I were roommates, along with Carolyn Connelly, long after high school. We had great times together and I will never forget our cruise to the Bahamas. We had a blast. She will be missed.

Ann was our neighbor and always a special person in the neighborhood. She shared monkey grass which has been transplanted many times over and now borders beds all over my yard. She was a dear and special treasure. I have many fond memories of that lovely family including her mom, dad, Steve and precious little Russell. May God be with you in your loss.

Dear Steve: I will never forget Ann over all these years of what happy times we had in junior and high school. We loved to go to Rockbridge and sunbathe all day even the beach trips were wonderful.Never forget she was the first person I knew to get a job in high school and still would make fantastic grades. She was with me through thick and thin. I will always treasure our friendship forever. I loved her.
May God be with you and Russell at this time.
Much love. Judy Holland

I was a high school friend of Ann's but haven't seen her since then. Our friend Judy Holland shared the news of her death with me. My memories of Ann were of how darn smart she was in addition to being so pretty. I am so sorry for your loss. I am sure you have many wonderful memories made with such a special person and pray they bring you comfort.
