Ann M. Dasch (Valente), of Rochester, NY, passed away on September 9, 2025 at the age of 84.

She is predeceased by her parents, Roger and Antoinette Valente, and sons, Kevin Dasch and Robert Dasch Jr.

Ann is survived by her son David (Daryl) Dasch; daughter Laurie (Jon) DelVecchio; daughter-in-law Marianne Dasch; her loving partner Michael Costello; as well as her special grandchildren, great-grandsons, brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Born on June 6, 1941 in Rochester, NY, Ann graduated from Nazareth Academy High School and stayed connected to the many friends she made there.

In her early years, Ann found joy and purpose in the culinary arts. She worked as a talented sous chef at the Chatterbox Club as well as a private caterer. Her dedication and talent led her to become a highly regarded manager of the Chatterbox Club, a role she held with pride until her retirement in 2012. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality left a lasting impression on staff and club members.

A social spirit with a generous heart, Ann loved connecting with others, especially her many longtime friends and co-workers. She was known for being a talented cook and an attentive host who brought people together through food and conversation.

Ann's greatest joy came from supporting her children and watching her grandchildren grow. She took pride in being present for their milestones and accomplishments, always offering encouragement and love. Ann cherished her nearly 50 years with her devoted significant other, Mike. Their enduring bond was a source of strength and happiness throughout her life.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15, 2025, from 5:00 PM – 07:00 PM at Vay-Schleich & Meeson Funeral and Cremation Chapels, 1075 Long Pond Rd., Rochester, NY 14626.
