Ann G Ferrell, 90 of Baton Rouge, LA passed away Monday, January 5, 2026. She was born Friday, November 15, 1935 in Flint, Michigan to the late Paul Balch and Mammie Balch. Along with her parents she is also preceded in death by her daughters, Susan McCormick and Lona Ferrell; brother, Aubrey Balch; sisters, Pat Subber and Nancy Brewer.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 1:00 PM until funeral service at 3:00 PM at Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home, 412 Beulah Ave., Tylertown, MS. Burial will follow in the Tylertown Cemetery II. Hartman Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Ferrell was a member of Lexie Baptist Church. She was a compassionate caregiver for her family and friends. Ann enjoyed playing card with friends, cooking, knitting, and sewing.

Survivors include her son, David Ferrell (Deborah); daughter, Jeri Smith; grandchildren, Ashley Ferrell, Brandon Ferrell, Jessica Holland, Bobby Jo Holland, Ethan McCormick, David Ferrell, Jr. (Ashely), Brandy Ferrell, Michael Dunaway, and Bryan Dunaway; great grandchildren, Jayden Sanchez, Brody Sanchez, Noah Sanchez, Isaiah Sanchez, Luke Sanchez, Jo Jo Holland, Aztin Holland, Kara Dunaway, Kaileigh Dunaway, Brandon Dunaway and Emma Dunaway; great great grandchildren, K`cere Holland, Amara Dunaway, Elijah Dunaway, Isaiah Dunaway and Serenity Dunaway; along with a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and loving family.
