Dear Tom and family, I remember both of your parents from Shady Oaks Baptist Church very well. They were both so kind and their faces were full of light, joy and love. Y'all are in my prayers as I remember them with thanks to their Savior. - Susan Horton

I had the privilege of getting to know Ann through our Tuesday Women´s Bible Study. Ann always had a smile and a kind word for each of us. Because of Ann´s close personal relationship with her Savior, she embodied the Be Attitudes that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 5, while the Fruit of the Spirit was dripping off of her for all to enjoy. She beautifully reflected His light and love and all were drawn to her. I look forward to being reunited with Ann someday because of our mutual faith in Jesus.

"She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: "Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all."
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate." Proverbs 31:25-31
