Ann Kimura Obituary
Born Ann Vellina in Maui, Hawaii, Ann's dad was filipino and mom was Puerto Rican and Hawaiian - what an awesome combination. Ann moved her family to California and she became part of the Polynesian/Hawaiian Community in Gardena and they nicknamed her "Angel" and that she was. Ann had a way of accepting people exactly as they were, always offering kindness, understanding, and of course, Ann never let anyone leave her home hungry. Ann was an exceptional cook and we grew up on every kind of food out there!
Ann loved to gamble in Las Vegas on the Penny Machines and those were the times she could stay up WAY pas her bedtime!
Ann's children: Janell, Darrell, Frank, Terri, Zena; her son-in-law: Larry; her grandchildren: Sean, Kola, Stevie, Jonathan; her great grandchildren: Kaliko, Lilla, Mayalynn, Alexandrina, Anthony.
We will always remember her kindness and her beautiful smile.
