Ann Marie LaBrie, 86, longtime Auburn resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Ann was born in Worcester, daughter of the late E. Reginald and Doris (Archambeau) LaBrie. She was raised and educated in Auburn, a 1956 graduate of Auburn High School. Ann began her lengthy career at Paul Revere Insurance Company/UNUM in Worcester in 1956. She retired in 1995 as Assistant to the company's former President. Ann was a former member of the National Secretarial Association, Worcester chapter.
In her free time, Ann enjoyed gardening at her home, cheering on the Red Sox and Celtics, and completing jumbo puzzles. She was known to be an avid reader, and was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's Church in Auburn. Ann enjoyed being a snowbird and wintering in Wesley Chapel, Florida during the colder months.
Ann leaves her loving siblings, Donald R. LaBrie, and Beverly T. LaBrie, both of Auburn; along with many nieces and nephews and her favorite nephew David and his wife Jean. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond H. LaBrie.
Ann's funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Saint Joseph's Church, 189 Oxford Street North, Auburn followed by burial in the family lot at Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester.
