Ann Lambe Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Inc. on Oct. 1, 2025.
Ann Dolores (O'Toole) Lambe, age 82, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025.
Born in Ireland on September 5th, 1943, Ann moved to New York at the young age of 17 to begin a new chapter in her life. She then met the love of her life, Thomas (Tommy) Lambe, at an Irish dance hall. They married on Nov 28, 1970 and built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and devotion. Together they had two children whom they cherished deeply. Ann is also an adoring grandmother to 3 grandchildren, each of whom she loved "to the moon and back".
Ann had a close bond with her siblings - 3 brothers and 2 sisters - whom she loved immensely even though they were separated by land and sea, living in Ireland, England, and Florida. She also embraced her extended family through Tommy, whom she loved with the same intensity.
Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friends, laughing, sharing stories, and making memories that will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
In her later years, despite facing health challenges, Ann remained strong in spirit. She held onto her sense of humor and her signature "Irish fight," which endeared her even more to those around her.
Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tommy, but his spirit and her love for him never diminished.
She is also preceded in death by her parents Margaret and John, her two sisters, Margaret and Mary and her brother, John.
She will be forever loved and sadly missed by her son, Brian, and daughter, Peggy; son-in-law, Tom, and her daughter-law Alicia; her cherished grandchildren, Tommy, Keira, and Christian; her brothers, Tommy, and Festy; her sisters in-law, Breda, Bridie, and Eileen; her nieces and nephews, extended family, and her good circle of friends.
Family and friends are invited to a wake on Monday September 29, from 6 to 9 PM at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home 115 Tindall Rd., Middletown, NJ 07748.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 30, at 9:30 am at St. Catherine's Church 110 Bray Ave., North Middletown, NJ 07748 with interment to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery 100 Chapel Hill Rd., Red Bank, NJ 07701.
