Ann Marie T. Mullin

Ann Marie T. Mullin, age 93, of New Castle, DE, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on November 15, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Joseph A. and Cora (Morrow) Harkins. Ann Marie worked in retail sales before her marriage, after which she became a homemaker and focused on raising her family.

A devoted member of Our Lady of Fatima Church since 1963, she was deeply rooted in her faith and community, actively participating in the Sodality. Ann Marie also took great pride in her heritage as a member of the Irish Culture Club of Delaware, where she enjoyed celebrating traditions and connecting with others who shared her love of Irish culture.

In addition to her parents, Ann Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Mullin, Sr.; sister, Elizabeth Mulligan; and brothers, Joseph, John and Charles Harkins. She is survived by her sons, Joseph P. Mullin, Jr. (Angeline) and Patrick M. Mullin (Stacy); grandchildren, Theresa, Margaret, Evan, Peyton and Maura; and several nieces and nephews. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest pride, and she found deep happiness in all they achieved

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 10 am until 11 am on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:30 am, following the visitation, at Our Lady of Fatima R.C. Church, 801 North Dupont Highway, New Castle, DE. A committal service will follow in the chapel of Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 2465 Chesapeake City Road, Bear, DE.
