Mrs. Perry was born on March 7, 1954, to John Hubert "Pops" and Nina Inez Walker McWilliams. She was a retired loan officer. She founded the Heinie Manush Day and the Walk of Life – a 23 year event. Preceding Mrs. Perry in death were her parents and previous husband, Ricky Cooper.
Those left to cherish her memory the most include her husband, Robert Perry; brother, John Lee McWilliams; nephew, Nathan McWilliams; niece, Kacie McWilliams; numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
