Ann Muriel "Bishop" Stephenson

Ann Muriel Stephenson, 84, Larue County went to be with her Heavenly Father, Wednesday February 18, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Ann was born September 1, 1941 in Hardinsburg, Kentucky to the late Elliott and Margaret L. Wardip Bishop.

Ann was a housewife and a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Her greatest gift was her children.

In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by, two grandsons, Michael and Eugene, several brothers, and sisters.

Ann is survived by one son Donald Eugene (Dawn) Compton of Marengo Ind., three daughters, Joann Bennett of Sutherlin Oregon, Joyce Crampes of New Haven, and Sandy ( Jim) Schell of Sicklerville N.J. two brothers, two sisters, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, a special friend, Kriss Morin, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Funeral services for Ann Muriel Stephenson will be Monday February 23, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Field Of Grace Church in Lebanon Jct. with Brother Merrill Kurtz officiating, burial will follow in the Mt. Eden Cemetery in Shepherdsville on Hwy 44.

Visitation for Ann Stephenson will be Monday February 23, 2026 from11 to 2 p.m. at the Church until time of service at 2 p.m. at the church
