Ann Sebastian Thompson

Ann Sebastian (Wood) Thompson, age 72, of Goetzville, Michigan, died on May 26, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center Sault in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. She was born on September 22, 1951, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to Edward and Cordill (Hamilton) Wood.
Ann spent her childhood in India, and at age 14 she moved to Lansing, Michigan, where she attended East Lansing High School and graduated with the Class of 1969. During high school, she met the love of her life, Dale Thompson, and they married on July 22, 1970. Ann spent her time raising her four boys, and in 1990 they moved to a farm in Goetzville.
Ann greatly enjoyed working on crafts and making soap. But above all, she loved taking care of her family.
Ann is survived by her husband, Dale; sons, Eric Thompson of Delaware, Danny (Sarah) Thompson of Houston, Texas, Ben (Shana) Thompson of Houston, and Peter (Kelly) Thompson of Gaylord, Michigan; and twelve grandchildren.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Cordill.
Per Ann's wishes, there will be no services.
