Anna is predeceased by her parents Valentin, & Genevieve Horinek, her first husband Joseph Humenik, her daughter Kathleen Reed and second husband Edward Antolak.
Anna is survived by her son Joseph Humenik (Nancy) of Naperville Illinois, son in law Robert Reed of Pristine Place, FL and daughter Linda (Richard) Niezabitowski of Chicago Illinois, one sister Irene and Carl Baechtold, Summerville, South Carolina, grandchildren David (Evon), granddaughter Dianna (John), grandson Paul (Mary), grandson Brian (Victoria) grandson Steven (Nicola), granddaughter Sarah (Brian) grandson Daniel (Sara) and granddaughter Anna (Jeffrey), granddaughter Rebecca, and many great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Anna is catholic by faith and attended St Theresas Catholic Church in Spring Hill. She belonged to the Illinois club of Spring Hill. She worked in Quality control for Peter Pan Peanut Butter in Chicago Illinois. She belonged to the Polish American social Club in Pasco County and she loved to travel and play in the casino.
