Anna Belle Danner, age 80, of Bangor, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono in East Stroudsburg, PA.
Anna was born on March 15, 1945, in Easton, PA, to the late Jeremiah and Violet (Markle) Haffling. She resided in Middleport, PA, for many years, as well as Lehighton, PA, and Tannersville, PA, where her family had a farm. For the past few years, she has been a resident of Bangor, PA.
Anna was the wife of the late Leonard Charles Danner, with whom she shared 46 years of marriage before his passing in 2018.
Anna worked as a technician for an electronics company out of Flicksville, PA, before working for a cafeteria in a school in PA.
Anna loved visiting with her family, especially with her great-nieces and nephews. She also loved playing bingo and cooking.
Anna is survived by one brother, Ronald Haffling, of High Bridge, NJ. One nephew, Randy Haffling, and his wife, Christine, of Bangor, PA. One niece, Colleen Hann, and her husband, Michael, of High Bridge, NJ. Her great-nieces: Stephanie Haffling, Lauren Haffling, Rachel Haffling and Maggie Hann. Her great-nephews: James Hann, Michael Hann, and Connor Haffling. Her sister-in-law, Elizabeth 'Betty' Campbell of Stroudsburg, PA. Her brother-in-law, Michael Lance, of Carol Stream, IL.
In addition to her husband, Anna is predeceased by her sister, Betty Jane Haffling, and her brother, Jeremiah Andrew Haffling, whom she is now reunited with.
All services are private.
