Anna May Huffaker, 89, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on the first day of spring, March 20, 2024. She was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to Rachel Hauschild; Hoek. Anna was married to Irvin Lee Huffaker Jr. on December 30, 1950. She worked in various jobs outside the home, including Novas National Semiconductor, a machine shop, and most importantly, as a homemaker. Anna enjoyed crafting, trap shooting, fishing, and spending time with her family. In her later years, she was an active member of the Red Hats Society and Kearns Senior Center. She was a long time resident of Kearns dating back to 1952.
Anna is survived by her children, Danny and Chris; grandchildren: Tiffany, Tricia, Vicky, Danny Jr, Nick, and Jessica; 17 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin Lee Huffaker Jr., her son Irvin Lee Huffaker III, and her mother, Rachel Hauschild Hoek.
Services for Anna will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Valley View Memorial Park & Funeral Home. A viewing/visitation will take place from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, which will be live-streamed. Graveside services to follow immediately after.
