Anna Hutter Obituary
Anna Hutter, age 83, of Southport, beloved wife of Herbert Hutter, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024. Born in Yugoslavia, the daughter of the late Paul and Josefa Hogler, she came to the United States in 1959 and had been a Fairfield and Southport resident since 1971. Anna was an active parishioner and volunteer at St. Luke Church and also had taught CCD at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in years past. She enjoyed sewing, crochet and oil painting. Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her loving family. In addition to her husband, Herb, Anna will be sadly missed by three children, Raymond Hutter of Fairfield, Fred Hutter of Chesterfield, VA, and Diane Hutter of Fairfield; four cherished grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and two nieces and a nephew. She was predeceased by two sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Church, 49 Turkey Hill Road, North, Westport. Interment will be private. Friends may greet the family, Friday, from 4-7 p.m. in the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield.
