Born December 11, 1934 and passed to her heavenly home on June 2, 2025
She is survived by children Ricky Tinch his wife Marie and Randy Tinch his wife Martha all of Crossville
Sister: Lillie Newcome of Kingston and Brother: Carl Webb of Crossville
Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren:
Richard Tinch his son Zeke Tinch of Crossville, Jason Tinch his family Brandi, Braylei, and Bryna of Virgina, Stacey Scarbrough, J.R. Tinch his wife Cara and children Rowan and Hayden of Johnson City, TN and Brandi Tinch Wilson her husband Danny and their children Landen and Parker all of Crossville
Step-grandchildren: Cody Potter of Crossville and Angel (Joseph) Symmonds of Tunnel Hill, Georgia
She is also survived by 7 stepchildren, 10 step grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren

Ricky (Helen) Mullinax their daughter (Shona Boston)
Greg/Margaret Mullinax their daughter (Amber Lisic)

Johnny Mullinax (Becky) daughters (Rebecca and Melissa)
Jerry Mullinax, daughter (Robin Underwood)
Cindy (Junior) Randol their sons (Josh and Jake Randol)
She is preceded in death by her first husband of 37 years James Tinch and second husband of 16 years Kenneth Mullinax, Brothers: John Webb, Buck Webb, Raymond Webb, and siste,r Ruth Kerley.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 4, 2025 at 1pm at Hood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home. The burial will be in Big Lick Cemetery
