Anna Mae Ogle, 89, of Marion, passed away at 10:43 a.m., Monday, March 23, 2026, in Marion.

Anna was born on November 5, 1936, to Isaac Roland and Marceedith (Wooten) Brown. She was united in marriage to Lloyd W. "Bob' Ogle on October 12, 1954, in Ava. They shared 59 years of marriage together, before he preceded her in death on November 2, 2013.

Anna spent most of her life as a homemaker, a role she truly cherished. She loved the Lord and was a devoted member of the Royalton Apostolic Church. She enjoyed going out to eat, working word search puzzles, and most of all, spending time with her family, especially getting together for family dinners.

She is survived by her children, Beverly Taylor of Du Quoin, Joe Ogle of Marion, Janet (Jon) Wilkins of Creal Springs, Pat Anderson of Herrin, and Michele Vaughn of Herrin; 11 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren with one on the way, and one great-great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband and parents; brothers, Billy Joe Brown, Gary Brown, Bobby Dean Brown and Donald Brown; sisters, Norma Brown, Eleanor Brown, and Jean Beard.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Steve Lindsey officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pyle Funeral Home in Johnston City is entrusted with the arrangements.
