Anna Iren Rhyne

Anna I. Rhyne 57, of Troy, Kansas, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024 at her home. She was born October 12, 1966 in St. Joseph, MO, daughter of Dorothy (Ebersole) and Elmer Purvis. She graduated from Midway High School, class of 1985. Anna worked as a CNA, where many of those years were at the Highland Nursing Home. She enjoyed collecting coins, crocheting, and spending time with her family. Anna was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Purvis. Survivors include: mother, Dorothy Purvis of Highland, KS, companion, Richard Ninemires of the home, daughters, Terra (James) Cluck of Troy, KS and Brandy Rhyne of Atchison, KS, siblings, Barb Ingram of Highland, KS, Arthur (Penny) Purvis of Highland, KS, Espie (Ness) Purvis of Highland, KS, and 8 grandchildren, Alan, Riley, Aubrey, Kourtney, Dallas, Trace, Taylor, & Theo.
Ms. Rhyne has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of her Life will take place at a later date. Memorials are requested to St. Croix Hospice.
