Anna Blair Rudd

Anna Blair Long Rudd, 80, of Graham, North Carolina went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

Born in Alamance County, on February 22, 1945, she is preceded in death by her parents, Winfred Bradley Long and Roberta Clapp Long Thompson, step father, Marvin Thompson. She is survived by her husband, Robert Rudd; a daughter Sabrina Owen and her husband Eddy of Monroe, North Carolina; a son, Derek L. Barts and his wife Bertha of High Point, North Carolina and a step son, Brent Rudd and his wife Lisa of Kernersville, North Carolina and also seven grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Diane Long Bullis, of Graham, North Carolina.

Mrs. Rudd enjoyed her early years raising her children, tending to her flower garden and had an avid passion for antiques, needlepoint and sewing. She remained well connected with her graduating class and cherished the time spent with her close knit friends after retiring from the Alamance County Clerks Office.

The love she had for her church and her faith in God were evident in her walk. She loved her church families over the years with long term memberships at Raritan Valley Baptist Church, Grove Park Baptist Church and Riverside Baptist Church. You could always find her serving in the church choir, helping with Vacation Bible School and actively involved in her circle groups.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 2:00pm at Linwood Cemetery in Graham with Pastor Bob Stephenson officiating.
