Anna M. Talley

Anna M. Talley, a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 90.
Born on August 29, 1934, in Redding Hospital in Redding, Pennsylvania, Anna leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Anna's distinguished career as an Administrative Officer for the National Park Service, Department of the Interior at Big Cypress National Preserve, spanned decades. Her tireless dedication to preserving Florida's natural beauty and protecting its wildlife was evident in her work, inspiring countless individuals. Anna was also a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star, holding a lifetime membership of over 50 years, and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Anna is survived by Her devoted husband, Blish Greer, of LaBelle, children Thomas J. Talley and Mollie Talley; grandchildren Nicholas (Sarah) Talley, and Nicholl Talley; Ryan (Stephanie) Farley, Kayla (Michael) Marsella; as well as great grandchildren Thomas J and Cody Talley, JJ and Lilly Molina; Madisyn, Noah and Samuel Loper; Brynn and Soren Farley. Surviving sisters, Sarah Scheifley and Ruth Cass, and predeceased brother Paul Levengood. Anna was the daughter of Luther Levengood and Clara Estelle Stapleton of Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Her Greer family members include Walter (Darla) Greer (predeceased), Roger (Deborah) Greer, and Karen (Wallace) Bailey. Grandchildren include Lindsay (Todd) Bottoms, Clifton Greer; Heather McBride and Amber (Michael) Reed; Julie (Eric) Thompson, William (Kadie) Bailey, Justin Bailey, and Sydney (Brian) Steigleder. Great grandchildren include Ty, Laelynn, and Kade Bottoms; Nehemiah, Bryce, Celeste, and Ava Lynn McBride; Arya and Tori Reed; Mason, and Maleah Thompson; Chandler Taylor; Addison Bailey; Reese Carpenter. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Anna's honor to Avow Hospice in Naples, Florida, where she dedicated years of tireless effort as a volunteer. Her selfless devotion to others will continue to inspire and touch hearts through the countless lives she touched.
