Anne West Obituary
Mrs. Elizabeth Anne West, 63, of Cumming departed this life on Sunday, July 20, 2025. Anne was born in Atlanta to her parents, Bradford and Elizabeth Goins Cook, on April 18, 1962. Anne married Randy West on October 6, 1984, and they cherished each other’s companionship for over forty years and raised two beautiful children together.
Anne attended Young Harris College and graduated from North Georgia College with a major in finance in 1984. A talented musician from an early age, she was a member of the Sounds of Sawnee Community Band and served as its vice president of Board of Directors for numerous years. She was a member of the Forsyth Symphony Orchestra, playing the flute and piccolo. Anne was also a member of the Cumming First United Methodist Church Nightingales.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling, hiking, cooking and loved going on cruises.
Anne is preceded in death by her parents, Bradford and Elizabeth Cook. She is survived by her husband Randy and children Blake and Catherine, all of Cumming. Also surviving is her sister Cathy Crupi of Tyrone and her niece and nephew, Dawn and David and their families.
A dedicated wife, mother and community volunteer, Anne will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 3, 2025, from noon until 2:00 PM.
Services to celebrate the life of Anne West will be on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home
