Anne "Oma" Wiemeler, age 86, of Oak Brook, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. She was born on September 22, 1939, to John and Anna Roehrich.

Anne is survived by her son, Edward and his wife, Eileen. She was the proud grandmother of Sarah (Nico), Jack and great-grandmother of Caden Diaz.

Anne enjoyed a successful and fulfilling career as a real estate agent, where she built lasting relationships and earned the admiration of colleagues and clients alike. She had a deep love of travel and embraced every opportunity to explore the world with those closest to her.

Known affectionately as "Oma" by many, Anne will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and vibrant spirit. She cherished time spent with family and friends and was always the heart of every gathering.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hallowell & James Funeral Home in Countryside.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 18th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in La Grange. Please meet at church.

Following the Mass, interment will take place at 12:30pm at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. Please meet at the cemetery gates.

Family and friends are invited to come together to honor Anne's memory and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.
