Anneliese and I were friends for many years having met as members of Mountaintop on the Move. Anneliese was very intelligent, interesting and interested in other people and debating their ideas. She was a passionate person and felt emotion deeply. We both shared a love of classical music and attended the Kirby often. Ten years ago my husband and I moved from Mountaintop. With distance our friendship drifted, however I never forgot how Anneliese broadened my horizons and made life that much more interesting for the years we knew each other.

Anneliese was a great friend of mine , as was her family, for over 20 years. We enjoyed and shared many of the things she loved. The one love that we really shared was our love for our horses, Vickie and Champ. Anneliese also loved her garden of beautiful roses and so many other things. She and her family were very gracious to me in so many ways. And of course there were the long everyday phone calls regarding life in general. Anneliese and Tass raised a wonderful son, Alan, who I still keep in touch with to this day. Alan, please accept our condolences for your loss. I know you loved your Mother very much and I have no doubt she is the proudest Mother ever of her son.
