Annie and I worked together in the evenings at KU Medical Center, starting in 1979. I liked her! She was friendly, composed, knowledgeable and very hard working in her quiet way. Through out the ensuing years, on and off, we would send cards at Christmas or I'd remember her Birthday. About 2 yrs ago, I went to her house and we had a fine visit- very friendly and warm. I didn't know that would be the last time we'd see each other here on Earth...Annie, I didn't know that you were sick..I'm sorry I didn't call you. I think I sent you a Valentine's Day card because we were friends. I know you are with Jesus now in His beautiful Heaven. I will look for you there, Annie! I also know that Jesus is watching over your children and your house..Peace and love, Annie...Barbara
