Annie Corbett Yeck

My heart goes out to Annie's family. I worked with Annie on multiple NAEP projects. She is in God's hands now. Sharon Bowen

Mrs Yeck was my middle school principal and I can say friend. She was a great person and her love for corvettes was always shown. She attended my high school graduation party at a shock to me but I was very happy that she showed up. Through college I would email her on what I was doing. I knew it was hard when her husband Gordon passed. I thought about her often but lost track. She will be missed.

So many great school and PTA memories, RIP Ann

Ann and I shared so many adventures with our husbands, Gordon and Keith, traveling to Ocracoke to find the perfect shell, then going as far as Australia, Hawaii, Greece, and Switzerland. We had excitement flying to Nassau, riding mopeds in Bermuda, eating Banana Forster in New Orleans, exploring the Grand Canyon and Death Valley, and sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. We would do cross word puzzles together and giggle as if we were teenagers. Ann was a wonderful friend and I will miss her.
