Anthony James Baker

Anthony "Tony" J. Baker, 37, of Pembroke, NH died December 31, 2017, from injuries sustained in an accident. He was born in Lawrence, MA, on December 5, 1980, the son of Samuel and Shirley (Nicoll) Baker, Sr., and has been a resident of Pembroke. He was currently employed by Connectivity Point Design & Installation as an Estimating/Project Manager. He had a carefree spirit. He was always there for others, was loved and admired greatly by his family and gave freely of everything he had. His laughter and sense of humor will be missed greatly by all who knew him, especially his family and dogs Adrian and Rocky that he adored. Tony loved spending time with family and friends rather it be singing karaoke songs like " Island in the Stream " with his love Heather or " Do you want to build a snowman" with his favorite niece Jayden . Hosting cookouts and memorable crazy fun summer pool parties were also some of his favorite things to do with family and friends . Tony loved taking long rides on his motorcycle and in his fancy corvette listening to his favorite songs on his IPOD, especially "Miss My Mary ". Tony enjoyed going to country concerts with his sister Mickey, and going to the Kentucky Derby with his Brother Sammy. He is survived by his love Heather Bancewicz ; his mother Shirley Baker-Stewart of Loudon, sister Cindy Borges and her husband, Robert, of Boscawen, Sam Jr. and his wife, Paula, of Kentucky, Clinton of Florida, Paul of Kentucky, Michelle Dow and her husband, Jason, of Pembroke. He was a wonderful uncle to nephews Jeremy, Jason, David, Zane, Seth, Damien, Zachary and nieces Jayden, Dakota, Jersey, Alicia, Krystal, Amber, Cheyenne, Sierra, April and Meghan. He was predeceased in death by his dad Samuel Baker, Sr, siblings David Baker and Timothy Baker and nephews Patrick and Sammy. SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 5, from 2:00 – 5:00 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., in Manchester, NH. A Celebration of Tony's life with family and friends will follow at The Alpine Club, 175 Putnam Street, in Manchester from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.
