Dr. Berardino was not only my doctor but my friend. I grew up with hit daughter who also was in the medical field. Thank you for all you have done. You are an awesome man...Darrell Cook

This man was a true local hero among men. Led by example and inspired many. In the day when the small town of Danville was growing, he kept us health, safe, informed and a community. Many will miss him because he touched so many lives.

Many blessings to Dr. Berardino's family. My father, Enzo Franceschi, suffered from a very rare and complicated disease requiring signficant care from many specialists over the years, but Dr. Berardino was his primary care physician. I know he made house calls and visited Dad in the hospital on numerous occasions even though he didn't need to. He made a difference in my father's life and directed him to the specialists he needed.I'll never forget reading a personal letter we found after Dad died that Dr. Berardino sent when he was facing yet another medical challenge. There is no one with more compassion in my eyes. He will never be forgotten by my family.
