My deepest sympathy to Patty, Keli and Cory. Tony was a very dear friend. He had a personality that warmed your heart. He made a great friend by what he would say when he spoke, and you knew it was sincere. My biggest regret is I did not make the trip to see he and Patty last year. When I mentioned the trip they were so receptive. I have never met Patty, but we talked before Tony's death and are in contact now. He made a good choice having her as his partner. I first met Tony in Norfolk, VA. I went to Norfolk when I Married my husband, and he had time to serve in the Navy before being discharged. Tony served in Vietnam with my husband, and they remained friends. We met his parents on our way home from Norfolk and they treated us so well when we were there. He had good roots and lived as they would want him to. Serve his country and be a proud American. The photo of him with his dog is priceless. I will miss his calls on Veterans Day. God bless the memory of Tony Bommarito.
