Anthony T. Borrelli, born on January 16, 1982, in Islip, New York to his parents Eugene and Marie, passed away on December 26, 2025, leaving behind a legacy marked by dedication, leadership, and commitment. He was a respected member of his community and an exemplary worker, having dedicated 21 years to Engine Company #2, where he also held the position of President. His role as an HVAC Mechanic showcased not only his technical skills but also his unwavering commitment to his profession and his impact on those around him.
Throughout his life, Anthony demonstrated a steadfast passion for service, proving to be a reliable colleague and a devoted leader. His presence in the firehouse and community will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of working alongside him. Those who knew him best celebrate not only his accomplishments but also his warm personality and the positive influence he had in their lives.
Anthony is survived by his parents Eugene T. Borrelli and Marie P. Borrelli, as well as his sister, Lisa Pfeiffer brother in law Cono Pfeiffer and his niece’s Alyssa & Kristina Pfeiffer. The love of family and friends played an integral role in his life, shaping the man he became and the legacy he leaves behind.
Friends and loved ones are invited to pay their respects during the visitation at Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY 11729, on January 2, 2026. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
As we remember Anthony T. Borrelli, we cherish the memories shared and the indelible mark he left on our hearts. His dedication to his work and his community will forever serve as an inspiration to those who had the privilege of knowing him.
