Obituary
Anthony Robert Federici, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2023, at his home in Toledo, Ohio. Known lovingly as "Tony" he battled a short, but courageous fight against cancer.
Anthony was born on November 12, 1947, in Lackawanna, New York to Albert and Mary Federici. He attended Lackawanna High School before majoring in Business at the University of Palm Beach and later drafted into the Army. After his military service he enjoyed a career in business, sales, and logistics. He was always a family man and was happiest surrounded by the people he loved most.
He had a way of making every day feel like a celebration, whether it was through his infectious laughter or his endless love for those around him. His enthusiasm was a source of inspiration for us all, reminding us that life is meant to be lived joyously.
Anthony was preceded in death by his loving wife, Christine Ann (Bojdo) Federici, they will be celebrating their heavenly 50th wedding anniversary together later this week. He is survived by his children Nicholas (m. Nitta) of Dunnellon, FL, and Heather (m. John) Kogoy of Hendersonville, NC and an incredible grandson Ronan.
Anthony's family wishes to thank the myriad of friends, family, and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their kindness and care that they provided for him and his family.
Much in the spirit of Tony a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
