June 10, 1957 - May 26, 2025
Zebulon, North Carolina - Anthony "Tony" James Guidry, 67, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2025, at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. Born in London, England, and raised in Port Arthur, TX, Tony spent most of his life in Zebulon, NC. A hardworking and independent man, he built his career in mobile office construction and later delivered vehicles for local dealerships. He enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, grilling, and time on the water. Tony is survived by his wife, Sharon; son, Brad; sisters, Michele Guidry-Hockar and Nicole Forse; and his dog, Louie. He was preceded in death by his parents, LJ and Pat Guidry; his brother, Craig; and his beloved dog, Sampson. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, June 1 at 1 p.m. at L. Harold Poole Funeral Home in Knightdale, NC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association. He will be remembered with love and respect.
