Anthony Mobley, Sr. Obituary
Anthony Leonard Mobley, Sr. was born on March 10th 1957 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Albert and Lillian Mobley. Anthony accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. Anthony was a bright light in every room he stepped into. He had an infectious smile and a bright personality that everyone loved. He was truly an angel in the eyes of his family, friends, and co-workers.
Anthony was educated by the Duval County School System. He graduated from the Samuel W. Wolfson High school class of 1976. He was previously employed by M.D. Moody & Sons for several years. He retired from the state of Florida after over 15 years of dedicated service. Anthony was currently employed with Amazon where he continually received recognition for his outstanding work ethic and performance.
Anthony was an extremely hardworking man, a loving husband to his beautiful wife, an exceptional father to his children, and an overall memorable person to EVERYONE he encountered. His overall presence, spirit, and genuine personality touched many-many lives.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Lillian Mobley; sisters, Shirlyn, Jacqueline, Annette, and Glenise; and brothers, Leonard and Vincent.
Anthony leaves to cherish is memories his beautiful wife, Shafronia Ann Mobley; children, Lakesha, Anthony Jr., Tofaris Sr., Shalondra (Marlow), Tiffany, Shawnta, and Donta; grandchildren, Kesharia, Keshail, Jamarion, Tofaris Jr., Tre'veon, Tyree, Deontae, Clar'nyesha, Tadarius, Shawnna, Jade, Ariana, Anasia, Zaryah, Zion, Shaleah, Anthony III, Donteria, Ayden, Kalayaha, Keionta, and Zayden; great grandchildren, Anari, Eddie, Princeton, and J'adore; brothers, Bishop Cecil (Sylvia), Andre, Gregory, Marvin (Jackie), Albert Jr. (Carla), and Micheal; sisters, Carolyn, Deborah, and Delores; his beloved chihuahua, Lucky; and many nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends.

Mr. Mobley always had a smile on his face, and this picture above says it all. We worked at Amazon together. He was a dedicated hard working man, and even after I left Amazon he made it a point on several occasions to come visit me at new places. A few months back he yelled out to me when passing at Park and King, really wish I had had the chance to stop and talk then. Gonna miss this guy!

I met Mr.Tony at Amazon...Jax5...and he was always in good spirits....never thought the last time i spoke with him would be the last time.....he will be missed..RIP MR.TONY
