I had the honor of working with Tony Richards at Ryan Aeronautical down by the San Diego Airport. Tony would find us new opportunities that we would bid on and then make the impossible, possible. The environment at Ryan Aeronautical was more of a large family of which Tony was admired and loved by many for his efforts and success. He was always a gentleman and his leadership was always spot on. The world has lost a really great and kind person, but heaven has gained a wonderful soul.
I am sorry for his family's grief of his passing, but hope they can keep the faith and know that they will see him again in heaven. I am honored with all the rest of the Ryan Family to have worked and known Tony Richards.

We got to know Tony through our neighborhood happy hour gatherings. Being with Tony gave us a warm, happy feeling. We will miss him.
