Anthony Warren, a beloved individual who left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew him, passed away on January 25,2024. Anthony was born on January 6, 1965, and his departure has left a void in the lives of his adoring family and friends.

Anthony's career as a warehouse worker was one that showcased his dedication and work ethic. He approached each day with unwavering commitment, ensuring that the tasks at hand were completed efficiently and meticulously. Through his hard work and dedication, Anthony exemplified the values of perseverance and determination.

Anthony's education played a significant role in shaping his character and provided him with a solid foundation for success. He graduated from W. H. Adamson High School in Dallas, Texas, where he honed his skills both inside and outside the classroom. It was during these formative years that Anthony discovered his talents as a notable track, football, and basketball star. His athletic prowess not only brought him personal fulfillment, but it also brought pride to those who cheered him on from the stands.

Beyond his achievements in sports and academics, Anthony had many passions that enriched his life. He found solace and joy in dancing – every movement an expression of freedom and happiness. His nimble feet glided across the dance floor with gracefulness that mesmerized all who witnessed it. Additionally, he possessed a skill for playing dominoes that enthralled friends and family during countless evenings of laughter-filled competition.

One cannot speak of Anthony without mentioning his love for travel. Exploring new territories ignited a spirit of adventure within him. Whether it was embarking on a road trip or jetting off to distant lands, he would immerse himself in different cultures, gaining knowledge and creating cherished memories along the way.

Anthony's proudest accomplishments were not measured by material possessions or accolades but by the love he bestowed upon his closest relations. As a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and son, he showered his family with unwavering affection and support. Donna Warren, his beloved wife, stood by his side through life's triumphs and challenges, embodying the epitome of a lifelong partner. Erica Smith, Kevin Carter, and Billy Brown were truly fortunate to have Anthony as their father – his love for them knew no bounds. As grandparents, his four grandchildren were the beneficiaries of his wisdom, compassion, and endless joy.

In this time of immense sorrow, we remember Anthony as a cherished son of Edna Mae Warren.  Anthony is preceded in death by his father, Clarence Rice, brother, Robert Warren, and Sister, Gwendolyn Jordan-Watson.

Anthony Warren's departure leaves behind a void that cannot be easily filled. The legacy he leaves behind is one of dedication, perseverance in the face of adversity, and an unwavering love for his family. His infectious smile and warm heart will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
