Anthony “Tony” M. Wright, age 39, of Gladwin, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 12, 2025. He was born on July 10, 1986, the son of Steve and Jacquelyn (Moery) Williams in Flint. On May 17, 2021, Tony married the love of his life, Alisha Towner in Chicago.
Tony was the most talented, creative, and loving man. He was a phenomenal guitar player with love, music, and kindness in his heart. Those around him were blessed to have him. His time was short, but he will always be in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Tony was mischievous and loved pulling gentle pranks on people. He had a deep love for animals and was a devoted cat dad. He loved nature, playing disc golf, and was an amazing chef.
He is survived by his wife: Alisha Towner; parents: Jacquelyn and Steve Williams; grandmother: Joan Moery; brother: Matthew Williams; along with several nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, and other extended family members.
Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are in the care of Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home. www.hallkokotovichfuneralhome.com
