Antoinette Boise

Antoinette Bosie, age 95, of Fernandina Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 26, 2024.
Antoinette was born on November 9, 1928, in Perth Amboy, New JerseyJ to Helen (Petho) and Anton Massopust. She graduated from Perth Amboy High School in 1946, attended business school, and married Edward Bosie in 1951.
She traveled with her husband to Anchorage, Alaska where Edward was in the military and she worked as a bookkeeper. They moved to back to New Jersey where she was a housewife until going back to work for several large companies, including Mary Quant Cosmetics and Fisher-Sanyo Electronics, where she became the head buyer for their east coast division. In the late 1970's they moved to the Florida Keys, where she became general manager of a dive resort in Ramrod Key. Her husband died in 1997, and a year later she met and married Frances Boinski, residing in Sun City, Arizona, until moving to Fernandina in 2008. She enjoyed dancing and the theatre, and her grandchildren most of all.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Carroll.
She leaves behind a daughter, Jill (Gregg), grandchildren, Jasmine Huneycutt (Andrew) of Tampa, Florida, Mark Turcotte (currently in Anchorage, Alaska), as well as several nieces and nephews and step-grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery in Blossberg, PA at a later date.
