April Stack Erskine
Corvallis - April Stack Erskine, 74 of Corvallis passed on Friday, May 26, 2023 at her home in the company of her daughter Loren and her husband Patrick.
April fought a two-year battle with cancer, as she lived her life, with courage, humor and her irrepressible spirit. She will be missed by her many friends and family.
April was born Apr. 30, 1949 in Oakland, Ca to George and Alice Stack. She graduated from St. Elizabeth High School. April's first marriage produced Loren, her only child. April worked as a dispatcher for San Leandro Police Department where she met her future husband, Patrick. A marriage of over 43 years. She continued her career with law enforcement moving to Hayward Police, where she was Support Services Manager.
April moved to Montana in 1998, following Patrick's dream. She loved Montana and its people; she started a very successful Farmers Market business with her April's ABC Jams. She was an avid quilter, golfer, and flower gardener. A member of PEO, BV. Chapter and Lone Rock Bible Church.
April is survived by her husband Patrick, her daughter Loren Oliveira of Orlando, FL.; Her two grandchildren Isabelle and Luke and two step-children William and Yvette.
