April Lynn Kintz, 54 years old, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 1, 2025, after a courageous 18 month battle against Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She was born on April 15, 1971 and was a lifelong resident of Canton, Ohio.

April previously worked at Airform, Giant Eagle GetGo, Laundry Express and most recently at Meijer Supermarket. April was a dedicated employee and worked hard at all of the jobs she held so she could provide a good home for her children. She was a dedicated employee and often went to work even when she was ill. She rarely called off work.

April was a good person who would help anyone she could if they needed anything. She loved her family deeply and would do anything for them.

April’s home was decorated for Halloween all year long as that was her favorite holiday and she loved everything with Michael Myers. She loved watching all movies and could name all of the actors/actresses. Besides watching horror movies, she loved the Breakfast Club and the tv show, The Office. There are many many more, too many to mention.

Family was very important to April and she loved and enjoyed spending time with them, especially with her three grandsons whom called her “Granny” (listed below).

April is survived by her Son, Roger (Danielle) Kintz; her daughter, Emily (Christian) Merriner, two sisters, JudyMae Collins and Tina Billman; three grandsons whom she loved deeply with her whole heart, Jadyn Kintz, Carter Kintz and Christian Merriner II; four nieces, TaraRay (Andrew) Bennett; Heather Gerzina Crystal Gerzina; Frankie Gerzina; one nephew, Dennis Tope; great-nephews Lincoln and Wesley Bennett; great-niece, Neela Bennett; her best friend, Susan Miller; a cousin, Becky Forbes; and many other relatives and friends.

April is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and June Price; Granny Hazel McVicker; a brother, John Price Jr. ; and a sister, Dreama Tope.

April completed her final wish in October to go to Ocean City, Maryland. Thank you to everyone who donated financially. A special thank you to Frankie Gerzina for driving April there and back; and to Zachery Bush for physically helping out with things along the way.

April chose cremation with no calling hours. A private service with immediate family members was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025at 11:00 A.M. cremation to follow.
