April Deonne Pryor

April Deonne Pryor, of Holdenville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 11th 2026. She was a woman of unwavering faith, deep love, and incredible strength. Her relationship with the Lord was the foundation of her life, and she lived each day as a reflection of His grace. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Rath, and a fiercely loving mother to her children, Hailey, Riley and Rohby. Her family was her greatest joy, and there was nothing she wouldn't do for them. She was their rock, protector, encourager, and safe place.
April was deeply involved in her community and passionate about supporting youth and agriculture. She faithfully served on the Hughes County Free Fair board and dedicated countless hours as the Livestock Show Director. She believed in hard work, integrity, and investing in the next generation. The livestock and ag community were close to her heart, and her impact will be felt for years to come. She loved being outdoors, tending to her flowers, and creating beauty wherever she went. Her kitchen was often the heart of the home - she loved to cook, and she was exceptionally good at it. Feeding others was just one of the many ways she showed love. She was a woman who wore many hats and wore them well. Strong yet tender, capable yet humble, she could do just about anything she set her mind to. Her strength, faith, and determination were unmatched. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing she is rejoicing in Heaven. Her legacy of faith, love, and service will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
April was preceded in death by her father Robbie Claud Young, maternal grandfather Paul Troglin, paternal grandparents, Howard and Veta Young and step-paternal grandparents, Herbert and Viola Pullen. She is survived by her husband Rath Von Pryor of the home, children; Hailey Vonn Boswell and husband Kaden of Wewoka, Riley Deonne Pryor and fiance Connor Dunn of Calvin, Rohby Tate Pryor of Holdenville, mother Debra Pullen and husband Bob of Wetumka, grandmother Patricia Troglin of Wetumka and brother Aaron Young of Byers. April is survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at the First Baptist Church of Holdenville with Pastor Ron Hunter officiating.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
